| Description: | Customer service and sales in our call center. Handle questions and product inquiries, recommend appropriate products and place orders for customers. Handle complaints, customer requests; welcome customers to bank websites, products and services. Perform a variety of services in an efficient, effective, and courteous manner. Candidates must be friendly, energetic, outgoing and willing to sell our products and services to prospective as well as current customers. |

| Minimum Skills: | High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years previous banking/customer service experience. Basic web navigation skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle confidential information. |
