Procedures are in place to correct any inaccurate information in a timely manner as brought to our attention. We restrict access of nonpublic information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services or financial products to you. Our entire staff is trained and all have signed confidentiality statements.

What We Don’t Do

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our current customers or former customers unless the information is required to complete a customer initiated transaction, the customer requests a release of information, the disclosure is permitted by law.

When We Work With Third Parties

We may work with third parties to provide products and services we feel would benefit our customers. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Our third party business partners are required to sign confidentiality agreements with our bank and are restricted from using or releasing information provided other than for our intended marketing.

The law requires parental consent to collect or use information from a child under 13. If you are a child under 13, please show this to your parents and do not use the online services of this institution without verifiable parental consent pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
