Brian Chandley

VP - Director of Commercial Lending and Services

Brian joined the Bank in 2005 with 33 years lending experience in Worcester County. As Director of the Commercial Loan Team, Brian applies his experience to continue the tradition of Community Banking that exists at Southbridge Savings Bank. His knowledge of products has augmented the Bank’s goal to become the top provider of loans and services to area companies. Brian is a Board Member at the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, Southern Middlesex Opportunity Council and Y.O.U., Inc. He also is a Trustee of the Quinsigamond Community College Foundation and chairs the QCC Southern Worcester County Leadership Team. A graduate of Holy Cross College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Brian resides in Worcester.

Ronald Cooper

AVP - Commercial Lending and Services Officer

Ron is a life-long resident of the Sturbridge/Southbridge area. His ability to draw on his own successful business makes him a perfect fit for the area business owners. Ron’s goal is to promote business loan products and services. He is a member and Past President of the Southbridge Lions Club, a member of the Cohasse Country Club, a Trustee of Harrington Memorial Hospital. Ron is a graduate of Worcester State College and attended The School of Commercial Lending located at the Executive Learning Center at Babson College. Ron resides in Sturbridge.

James A. Sandagato

AVP - Commercial Lending and Services Officer

Jim has been with Southbridge Savings Bank since July of 1998. He started out as a teller and moved onto Branch Manager, a position he held for over six years. In January 2007, Jim was promoted to a full-time Commercial Loan Officer in the bank's Commercial Lending Department and later to Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer in 2009. Today he manages a $35 million loan portfolio including some of the banks most significant borrowers. Jim is a graduate of Becker College and a member of the Spencer Exchange Club, Worcester Young Businessmen's Association. Additionally he is active in the Career Vocational Technical Education Advisory Board at David Prouty High School, Central MA South Chamber of Commerce and Quaboag Valley Chamber of Commerce. Among Jim's biggest accomplishments to date is being selected aa a 40 Under 40 recipient by the Worcester Business Journal in 2011 and graduating from Massachusetts Bankers Association's School for Financial Studies, America's Community Bankers National School of Banking and most recently, American Bankers Association's National Commercial Lending School.

Keith R. Kirkland

Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer

Keith has 24 years of banking experience in Worcester County, and has been with Southbridge Savings Bank since 2010. An Oxford resident, he is a trustee of the Janet Malser Humanities Trust and is the Treasurer of the Dudley Conservation Land Trust. Keith is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received his MBA in Finance from Bentley University. He is very interested in the economic development of our communities, and looks forward to assisting organizations in meeting their gaols.

Bob Mangan, CTP

Cash Management Manager

Bob comes to Southbridge Savings Bank with 21 years experience in the Cash Management field-10 years as a customer of banking at a large health care provider and an international computer manufacturer plus 11 years banking experience. As Cash Management Manager, Bob provides solutions that help businesses with their day-to-day cash flow. Bob is a graduate of Fisher College and holds a certificate of graduation from the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Bob is a Certified Treasury Professional and looks forward to serving our customers as well as our community. Bob is also a member of the Worcester Rotary Club.
