Brian Chandley

Brian joined the bank in 2005 with 33 years lending experience in Worcester County. As manager of the Commercial Loan Team, Brian applies his experience to continue the tradition of Community Banking that exists at Southbridge Savings Bank. His knowledge of products have augmented the Bank’s goal to become the top provider of loans and services to area companies. A graduate of Holy Cross College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Brian lives in Worcester.

Ronald Cooper
AVP - Commercial Lending and Services Officer

Ron is a life-long resident of the Sturbridge/Southbridge area. His ability to draw on his own successful business makes him a perfect fit for the area business owners. Ron’s goal is to promote business loan products and services. Ron is a member and Past President of the Southbridge Lions Club, a member of the Cohasse Country Club and a Trustee of the Harrington Memorial Hospital. Ron is a graduate of Worcester State College and has completed a professional course of study at Babson College of Finance. Ron resides in Sturbridge.

Linda LePage
Senior Commercial Services Clerk

Linda has worked for 27 years at Southbridge Savings Bank. For the last seven years, she has both managed a small business loan portfolio and provided support to the entire lending team. Her functions include supervising the work of attorneys preparing loan documents for the department. Linda has held positions in a variety of capacities including teller, consumer loan clerk, IRA Coordinator and Mortgage Dept. Clerk. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Framingham State College and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Nichols College. She is a lifelong resident of Southbridge.

Richard Cranshaw
VP - Commercial Lending and Services Officer

Rick has 25 years of commercial banking experience, with over 14 years as a Commercial Loan Officer in Worcester County. His broad knowledge of the needs of business owners and the products and services available to meet those needs, are an asset to our customers. Rick has owned his own small business and is well aware of both the challenges and rewards that are present in everyday operations. Rick resides in Grafton and is a graduate of the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

James A. Sandagato
AVP - Commercial Lending and Services Officer

Jim has been with Southbridge Savings Bank since July of 1998. He started out as a teller and moved onto Branch Manager, a position he held for over six years. In addition, he has worked closely with many businesses over the past three years to offer them product solutions to meet their diverse needs. As a Commercial Officer, Jim will work with branch managers and business owners throughout Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. His goal for the next two years is to gain a better understanding of the commercial side of banking and better himself as a salesperson/relationship builder. Jim is a member of the Spencer Exchange Club, BNI of Leicester and Quaboag Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and holds a certificate of graduation from Massachusetts Bankers Association-The School for Financial Studies. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from Becker College and a Certificate of Graduation from National School of Banking-The School for Financial Studies.

Mark Azia
VP - Commercial Loan Officer

Mark has over 35 years of commercial lending experience. He resides in Framingham, MA and is a Vietnam Veteran.. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of CT and his MBA from Babson College. As a member of the Commercial Lending team, his main objective is to continue making Southbridge Savings Bank the Financial Institution business owners seek out in the Worcester area for their lending and deposit needs.
