		Press Room Southbridge Savings Bank Promotes Tallman To Vice President Susan Gunnell Vice President-Director of Human Resources Mrs. Gunnell began her employment with Southbridge Savings Bank in April 1980. She was originally hired as a teller and has worked in varying capacities at the institution over the past twenty-six years. Her experience includes work in the mortgage department, managing the accounting department as well as managing operations for the main office of the Bank. Mrs. Gunnell left her regular employment with the Bank and assumed an outside consulting role to raise her family. She returned to a full time position at the Bank in 2000 when she was appointed to the Role of Human Resource Officer. In addition to her HR duties she has taken an active role in the creation and oversight of the Bank’s training and development team. Mrs. Gunnell resides in Charlton with her husband Simon and her two children, Hannah and Samuel.
