Front-line teller personnel in both the in-store and traditional branch environments needed to perform a variety of transactions and to provide efficient, effective, and courteous customer service. Candidates must be friendly, energetic, outgoing and willing to sell our products and services to prospective as well as current customers.
Minimum Skills:
High School Diploma. Sales, service, & cash handling experience along with excellent customer service skills required.

Bank Branch Manager - Supermarket (Worcester)

Description:
Plans, organizes and manages the sales and service activities of the assigned supermarket branch in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to employees and customers. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to manager, train and develop staff, business development including setting personal and branch sales and service goals and establishing plans for achieving those sales and service goals, manage building maintenance and upkeep, respond to complex customer inquiries and problems, representing the bank through various community projects and programs, maintain regulatory compliance, and other duties as required. Minimum Skills:
Associates Degree or equivalent plus specialized course work and training. Five years progressive banking experience preferably with in-store. Working knowledge of bank products and services. Required to work extended and/or weekend hours.
